Per project stream : describe the flows, review, optimize & simplify/standardize the above-mentioned HR processes prior to system change
Lead testing & implementation phases
Design HR analytics & management reporting
During the whole journey : communicate and involve all stakeholders about the change (info roadshows, work groups... )
In the process, we have seized the opportunity of the project to bring added-value on some side business aspects.
