DIVESTITURES  - Organize and prepare for a due diligence. Prepare information to be put at the disposal of the potential buyer.

LETTER OF INTENTION PHASE - This phase is the critical moment in an M&A process, requiring in-depth risk assessment, due diligence and data room analysis about critical HR issues (pension liability, key functions, legal terms & conditions, employee relations, etc.).

ACQUISITION OF A NEW COMPANY  (e.g. from the competition) - Such process is requiring legal employment modifications, deep structural & cultural integration initiatives, such as employee surveys, employee retention actions, communication plans, training of populations, potential mass hiring in order to cope with resulting new client requests volumes.

MERGING INTERNAL BUSINESSES - Creation of one company by merging various previously totally independent businesses of a same group. Such merger initiative is most of the time generating high needs for legal actions, redesign and harmonization of organizational structures, processes and policies between merged entities and having to be accompanied by a thought management of the cultural change.
