Develop & implement predominantly medium to long term people solutions, processes and policies, aligned to the business strategy or to activities of strategic or project-driven nature. Close collaboration with Executive Business Leaders to address complex & sensitive people issues, with a special focus on organizational development, key staffing, executive compensation, succession planning , internal mobility & development of key people. Privileged interface role between Executive Business Leadership/Board level, Corporate HR and Site/local HR. HR partner for Senior & Executive Business Management in support of strategic decisions. Final safeguard for HR compliance and governance.

Business Partnering

Implement short to medium term people solutions, processes and policies, in accordance with the business unit/entity strategy. Partnership with Business Management to follow-up on people issues, with a special focus on key staffing, talent & performance management, succession planning and mobility & development of key people, including operational implementation of global processes such as promotion & reward processes.

Change Management

All-round HR Management

Lead change initiatives aiming at enhancing business efficiency, communication and HR partnering with the business. (e.g. Identification of company values, translation of the latter into business actions, assessment tools and expected measurable behaviors. Definition of communication plans and implementation schemes. Definition of change performance measurement programmes to be embedded into business cycles...)
Daily operational HR management of a business unit or local entity. Supervision of all local operational HR processes (payroll, staffing, performance management, training, social administration, employee relations,. compliance..). Support to local Mgt Committee for all HR employee-related matters.

Labour Relations

Assistance to management for employee relations at local, national or european level for critical subjects, sensitive people issues or major company changes initiatives (e.g. such as restructuring, employee redeployment, terminations...), from a negotiation, communication and process point of view.
