Design of an employee handbook, outlining legal working regulations, internal processes & procedures related to employment (such as workers regulations, hiring procedures, promotion rules, training requests, salary review process, etc.) - for local Danish and Dutch operations of an international organization. Employee representatives information and consultation. Implementation of a communication campaign such as Q&A sessions, training & coaching local management and supervisory teams, creation of an intranet and a local newsletter, … Coordination role in the set up of a workers council once the legal threshold (nr employees) has been reached. Take over of the payroll supervision and social administration previously done by the Finance department and local management. Coaching and advisory role to the General Manager on key human capital topics (e.g. local management succession planning… ) Hiring of a local HR manager & team, coaching and transfer of knowledge.
